A Little Bit About Us

Donec consectetur, odio eget porta varius, orci mauris viverra ante, eget egestas turpis sapien vel orci.

We are Mark and Shelbi Fitzpatrick. Mark grew up in Michigan, and Shelbi grew up in a small town on the central coast of California. We met while serving together in Mexico in 2011 and married in June of 2014. We were both blessed to be raised in Christian homes from an early age and both knew we wanted to serve the Lord with our lives in a cross-cultural ministry context. From 2012 to 2015 we served in our local church while working and living in California. In that time, we got married and saved for Bible school. We also felt that God confirmed our decision to serve with Ethnos360 amongst a least reached people group. The summer of 2015, we packed up and moved to Michigan for our two years of Bible school. In the summer of 2017, we graduated and had our sweet son, Callum. That fall we moved to Missouri for missions training with Ethnos360 and graduated in March of 2019! Our goal is to move to Papua New Guinea (PNG) in 2020 and to plant a church among a least reached people group and translate the word of God into their heart language.

There are over 850 language groups and about 300 of them have yet to receive the Bible in their own language. Our desire is to reach one of these groups with the truth of the Gospel by living alongside them, learning their language, translating the Bible into that language and see a church grown to maturity through the word of God and discipleship.
